Well… This year it just happens to fall the week of our Elk Grove REIA monthly meeting! We thought it was a timely time to talk about how to use the auction model to get a deal.
There are things you will need to know BEFORE you step foot into the auction! It’s important you understand the rules and the due diligence it takes to buy at an auction.
Let the hype get you excited and you will over-pay! Attend the auction prepared with your final numbers for each property you are interested in… and you MAY come out with a deal!
